This blog is a record of my attempts at making awesome food, and building awesome things. It is a way for me to explore cooking and food photography, with an emphasis on no-compromise cooking, and a dash of food science. This isn’t about shortcuts, or “quick and easy”. It is about making something great, even if it takes a long time, and is hard. That isn’t to say I’d exclude something just because it is easy. Lots of simple, easy things rock.
This blog is very young, but so far, I’m having a blast combining my love of cooking and love of photography.
